All Pets are required to be screened through Petscreening.com. All Residents will incur an annual fee / per pet paid directly to Petscreening.com for a universal pet profile.

The apartments are okay. The worst thing was the internet being very slow but that has changed since ATT Fiber is available now. Maintenance requests are fulfilled in a timely manner and that I appreciate the most as well. No issues with package delivery. Nobody bothers you (thank God). Wellington and Tiffany are the sweetest and most patient leasing agents I’ve personally ever met and I’ve stayed in more apartments than I can count. I lived 2 years here and loved it. The community is quiet and always clean. The maintenance is always on top of fixing any issues. Normally they come 1 to 2 days from the date I submitted the work order. The office staff is always smiling and they have great customer service skills. I moved because I bought a house but would recommend it to anyone.
